HOW MANY TREEHOUSES IN TOTAL?
ACRE has 13 treehouses on its property, including one deluxe double unit connected by a suspended bridge. Each treehouse includes a terrace with a mini fridge, bathroom, closet, outdoor shower, and king-size bed with mosquito net and high-speed internet.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR DAILY ROOM RATE?
Our standard room includes a daily complimentary ACRE Wake Up Breakfast (pastry, coffee or tea and juice) and morning yoga class in our mango orchard, as well as access to our pool which is reserved for registered guests only. ACRE features organic gardens, citrus groves, a fire pit, bocce ball, ping pong, and an area where we house our farm animals.

DOES ACRE HAVE A SPA?
Massage and other bodywork is available upon request, at our Treehouse Spa.

WHAT ABOUT OFF-SITE EXCURSIONS?
ACRE is in proximity to a wide variety of excursions: surfing and scuba lessons, golf, whale-watching, and downtown San Jose del Cabo shopping, to name a few. We’d be happy to organize any off-site activities for you.

ARE SPECIAL REQUESTS, SUCH AS GLUTEN-FREE MEALS MANAGEABLE?

WHEN ARE THE RECEPTION HOURS?
Reception hours are between 8am to 10pm.

DO YOU OFFER HANDICAPPED ROOMS?
Due to the unique structure of our accommodations, our treehouses are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
ACRE has a complimentary guest parking lot located near the property’s entrance.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but ACRE Treehouses are adults-only.

CAN I BRING MY PET?
Pets are always welcome at ACRE. Since our farm is home to several animals, we do ask, however, that your pet is not over 50 pounds and only one pet per room is allowed. We currently have dogs, small goats, cats, peacocks, and donkeys on property.

CAN I USE THE GYM?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but ACRE movement studio is exclusive for Residences Owners only, however, you have access to the Art Academy classes and our pickleball court.

IS WI-FI AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL / IN THE ROOM?
Our treehouses, restaurant, and pool area all have access to high-speed internet.

DO YOU OFFER TRANSPORTATION TO OR FROM THE AIRPORT?
Certainly. We’d be happy to handle airport transport for you. Cost will be confirmed.
