Surrounded by seasonal crops and a warm, intimate atmosphere, Rústico celebrates the connection between land, food and community. It offers a seasonal menu by Executive Chef David Fajardo and Culinary Director Maycoll Calderón. Star dishes like the Pat LaFrieda NY strip and Grilled Baja Sea Bass showcase the vibrant flavors of Los Cabos.
